Strawberry Granola Parfait

Strawberry Granola Parfait
Oh my goodness!  This is a dish I serve over and over again!  I always serve these parfaits in clear ice cream glasses so you can see all the pretty layers.  It’s simple enough for a weekday breakfast and elegant enough to impress any overnight guest.  Or if you have a crowd, set up a parfait buffet.  So cute!

Makes 4 small parfaits

(The amount of ingredients will vary depending on the size of your serving glass)

¾ cup -1 cup gluten free granola
(Try my Honey Nutty Granola recipe)
¾ cup -1 cup 2% Greek yogurt
¾ cup -1 cup strawberry jam
(Try my Homemade Strawberry Jam recipe)
4 strawberries, sliced

Spoon 2 tablespoons of granola into the bottom of each parfait glass.

Then, spoon 2 tablespoons of yogurt on top of the granola and smooth it out.

Then, spoon 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam on top of the yogurt and smooth it out.

Repeat the layers until each parfait glass is full.  Then, add the strawberry slices on top of each parfait.

Lauren Marie’s Tips:
*Mix it up: Try other flavors like blueberry jam and fresh blueberries.
*When I don’t have time to make my own gluten
free granola, I love to use KIND gluten free granola.  They have great flavors!
*You can use wine glasses if you don't have parfait glasses :)

Try these with my Spinach and Feta Mini Quiches for a beautiful and simple breakfast.
