Chocolate Banana Protein Smoothie

Chocolate Banana Protein Smoothie
I absolutely love this smoothie!  I have always loved chocolate and banana together.  To me, this smoothie tastes like dessert :) Just knowing I get to have this smoothie gets me through my toughest workout!

Makes 1 smoothie

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 scoop gluten free protein powder, 
       “chocolate” flavor*
        (I love Solgar's Whey to GoProtein Powder)

       Place all ingredients in a blender.
       Blend until smooth and frothy.  Enjoy!

Lauren Marie’s Tips:
*Sometimes I add 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds for texture. 
       They are really good for you!  They have protein, good fats, and vitamin E.  
*Not an almond milk fan?  
       Use regular cow’s milk (it’ll make it extra creamy) or even coconut milk.
